We were able to pin it up with pushpins and it stayed - it's a little heavier than other birthday party banners I have purchased in the past. No tear outs. Only complaint is that the creases from folding for shipping stayed in the banner even after 4 days. I would recommend hanging it out in the sun to see if you can get those to disappear, which is what we will do before we hang it in grandson's room after the party - the next sunny day we get.It was exactly what we needed and the quality was great!Used for son’s birthday party.Used tape to hold up for the moment.
